Gauges

Strange thing happen after I remoove an aircraft AEM34604.zip , his gauges were repeated like cxbnc.gau gave also cbxcn_0001.gau almost all the gauges were repeated with _0001.gau.
Beside that FS2002 Aircraft & gauges uninstaller V5.0 removed 78 more nothing happen .
My question why are they installed for ?
EX : 737-400.controls.gau , 737-400.engine-start.gau and many for other planes.
Any ideas.

Hi Vianna,
Not quite sure if this is what your asking, but when using a panel maker program like FS Panel Studio, if you click on 737-400controls.gau, it will expand and list other gauges that are present in the default 737-400. You'll see this with other default fs planes also. Im not sure, but think that the 0001.gau version is the gauge used for night when the panel is lite up. Was a program back a couple of FS's ago called Makepink which if I remember right, renamed and made a second gauge of various gauges for night with the 0001 extension. Anybody else out there knows the answer to this, I would like to know too, since I'm not 100% sure of my answer.

It seems logic . Still I have lots of files temporary remouved from fs9 , besides the *_0001.gau. For instance about 14 files of bell,
10 of bendix and others . Well I'll keep them .
