Does anyone here have experience with the title that is the subject of this post? Any comments good or bad on it?

Thanks,

Glenn

Stay far clear of any product by them.
I've tried several, always a disappointment.

Don't think I've ever heard anything good about them from others either.

Uses Ultimate Airlines to create adventures (FS2000 adventures, which don't fully work in FS2002), packed with aircraft and panels that are, if not actual freeware relabeled as something else (as in the case of the packages I got), then quality similar to or worse than midlevel freeware.

Panels more often than not simply reference FS2000 default panels.

I actually recieved this addon years ago as a prize from Flightsim.com for doing something. Voting for best file of the month I think. Never was that impressed, but appreciative of the prize none the less. I figured the products name just didn't translate that well from English to Italian. Somebody in their marketing dept. should have lost his position. Mad Dog to me means a cheaper sweetened fortified wine (won't say it!) used buy some of those of unfortunate lower socio-economic status. In Mexico they think a Chevy Nova is funny because a loose Spanish translation means "won't go" same with Mexican regular gasoline, Nova. I'll bet McDonnell-Douglas was not entirely thrilled with the association either.

I havent used it, but I did take a look at their website... $22.50 seems to be a bit high for what you get (Maybe if they lowered the price by... say... $22.50, then it might be worth it!). I would save the money, and go search for for the free ware ones. FS2004 already includes an MD 80, so all you need to do is find one of the free patches to make it flyable, a panel, and you are set. I did take a look at the other offerings from Perfect Flight. The 717 didnt look all that bad, but the rest were just horrid. All the panels I saw looked like 20 minute re-works of the default panels. I was always accustomed to seeing better looking aircraft come from payware developers compared to default, but looking at the visuals, the default 777 blew away the one from Perfect Flight.

Thanks very much for the feedback gentlemen. I kind of figured that. I haven't seen any good reviews of these aircraft either, but figured I'd ask to be sure. Thanks again,

Glenn
