Help with 747 attitude please?

Anyone could please tell me where to change what parameters so that the default 747 does not go so "nose-up" below 180 IAS at full flaps? Isn't it supposed to land at around 148 IAS and still have the wheels touch the ground before the ...tail? just tired of landing a 747 at 170-180 knots...

Lots of my landings would be with almost full tanks! good thinking... let me try emptying them a bit! thanks!!!

but... IS there a setting somewhere in the aircraft file that would determine the attitude at different speeds/weights?
