I've downloaded about 1/2 doz beavers and tried a few out. Seems the ones I got aren't upped to 2004 yet so some stuff doesn't work (guages, water landing, etc.). I'm new to FS so if anybody has a nice complete one, 2004 ready, I'd really appreciate it. A fisherman's special like the ones we got here in B.C. if possible but a re-texture I might be able to handle, if not.

...then it's off to flying school (dam! I hate that instructor, wish the game would allow you to dump him for somebody that doesn't come across like such a "butthead").

Currently there are no Gmax FS2004 beaver available I wish there one its one of my favorite planes to fly in the bush your other alternative would be the bad ##### DHC-3 Super Otter which is fully FS2k4 ready i believe it was made by Fred Banting (i think that right)

Just do a google search for "Wet Beaver".

Youll finds all kinds of good stuff.

i installed all my old beavers from fs2002 and they all work just fine. gauges work, flight model seems the same, water landing are ok too.

I never had any previous MS FS versions, 2004 is my first. If you got a complete Beaver that works, can you E-mail it to me? I've received 5-7mg files before so size should not be a problem.

ps. Hope it has that loppy radial idle we love.


BTW, can't seem to locate that 2004 version otter either.

Tried out a Star Wars X-wing while I was waiting and....WOW! Wicked little thing! My kids love it.

anybody wants it I'll trade for a good Beaver. (c:
