Have to wait until Aug 14 in Australia!!

I was exceedingly disappointed to discover last week that here in OZ FS2004 won't be released until 14/8. I thought about shelling out about $AUD170 to have it shipped out from the US, before I gave myself an uppercut and realised I was being just a little impatient.

Is the Great Southern Land the only place where would-be fs2004-ers have to wait so long? Haven't Microsoft heard of air cargo or pre-positioning?????

I'm not sure I can hold out much longer. Maybe I should stop reading this forum!

I was at EB Woden today and saw FS2004 on the shelves...just empty boxes... I asked the salesperson when it will be available. Aug 11 is the answer.

Yeah, Harvey Norman Brisbane have the same - empty boxes and an offer of a $10 saving if you pre-order, but the release date (according to them) is 14/8......

I tried FS2004 out at Harvey Norman 's Bundall store.
