St.Lucia known for its beautiful pitons lost its mountain beauties after Ms flattened the caribbean islands .FS98 was the last time the island saw its pitons so someone please send some pics of ST.Lucia in FS2004.The shots of dominica and St.Thomas are great i'd like shots of SLU like that as well. Many thanks to the person who does the job for us caribbean flyers.

St. Lucia............. I don't think there is a "flat" mountain this time around! Some very nice scenery!! And I'm getting great frame rates in the Robinson R-22 VC with these Islands. Many at 35 fps. with an Athlon 1900XP/Geforce3Ti500 --- which is middle line these days :)

Looks to me like they got terrain meshes in there....hehehehe
I can still remember back in FS98/FS2000 (yes terrain meshes were available for FS98) where Terrain meshes were state of the art...now I guess they are the norm :)

I went 2001-2002. It was a New Years cruise on Holland America. 14 days. I dont remember the hot srpings at Soufriere, I remember kids begging for money and some guy with a stick hitting them so they would stop. In Soufriere we drove up some huge hill to a plantation of somesort.

Is this the area? S/W part of Island

Hey thanks,i'm disappointed since the peaks are missing. The circular ##### of land just above your R22 panel is where the first one in my pic is supposed to be but atleast the island isn't flat anymore.thanks again but whats about GFL Charles(TLPC)

The big place was probably the ladera resort..or the sugar mill plantation...i used to live there you know :-)
yea thats the problem i've seen with 3rd party meshes also with the pitons that way

Arrgh...seems like microsoft screwed up again...what is that land doing crossing castries harbor!??! the same for that land over by the end of TLPL
I do like the meshes however, and i think a simple fix will be able to solve this problem
