First of all drop the caps.

Next I run with a Geforce 4 Ti4600, i doubt it's the BEST one out there but it runs FS really good with my system (2.53 ghz 512 RAM)

It's considered impolite as it is read as shouting.

One of the best cards at the moment is the ATI Radeon 9800. You really couldn't go wrong with it.
