I have a question about the AI traffic in FS2004.
Will AI be able to land on multiple runways, based on the wind direction? Can AI request a different runway? I ask this because I use AFCAD in FS2002 to force AI to use multiple runways (only up to two, sadly) for landings and takeoff. I'm wondering if FS2004 will have more advanced ATC and AI interface to allow multiple runways.
Second question: Will AI now respond to "left" or "Right" traffic designators? For example, at SLC, there is no eastern downwind approach, because that's right over the city, and the mountains. Yet AI, and me for that matter, are quite often directed to an East downwind. Surely this can be fixed with AFCAD in 2004? Or do AI still ignore pattern designators for runways?
Final question:
FS2004 ATC, what are the improvements over the 2002 system? Any details?
Thanks for any help and details you can give. :)
