FS2002 Compass off 30 deg.

I noticed yesterday that suddenly my compass headings on both the Magnetic and the DG are off by 30 degrees from the runway heading, and is off 30 degrees during flight (it's a bummer trying to navigate over water that way).

I have the latest fsuipc, does anyone know how or where I go to change this setting? Probably some config file, but I don't see any ref. to compasses there.
