Can anyone tell me if fs2002 recreates the iceing effect on the wings of the aircraft???

Yes, FS2002 has icing effects. You can control this using the advanced weather menu; icing is a cloud layer attribute.

It can also clog the speed sensor of your aircraft. When in autopilot all of a sudden your indicators for knots goes to zero as your autopilot trys to go Mach 6. Some planes de-ice buttons work. Some do not.

It might have the characteristics, but you will not see it in the visual aspect of the aircraft.
