I'm currently flying the MD-80 in FS2002 (using Leon Seale's revised version of Paul Goulding's FS2000 MD-80 panel), but have a problem in that whenever I bank left or right using the autopilot, the plane bobs up & down as if going through severe turbulence, and I get a warning sound that comes on until the plane eventually levels out....am I doing something wrong here?! Can anyone help?

Hi Nick,, A fellow northaner eh :-)

In the aircraft.cfg file go down to the section that say's {autopilot}<<<----square brackets
and add the following lines.......

use_no_default_bank=1
use_no_default_pitch=1

EDIT- just realised this might not work, but it's worth a try :-)

Hi Alan,

Thanks for your reply :) Unfortunately, I gave it a go and it's still bobbing up and down like there's no 2moro lol

Never mind though, it's probably something that I'm doing wrong myself...the 'mad dog' just probably isn't taking too much of a shine to my rather amateur piloting skills ;)
