I'm getting a Ti4200 from Asus on monday. Does anyone use this card ? If someone does use it or has used it , could u tell me how it performs and how will it perform in FS2004. The box says GeForce4 Ti4200 8X, does it mean that I need a 8X AGP slot ? I have a 4X AGP slot so wanted to make sure if it works. thanks.

I have a Ti4200. I now have all the sliders moved up in FS2002 and I get 29/30 fps (I lock it at 30fps) in cities with lots of autogen scenery that aren't "detailed" like El Paso. In New York I'll get 10 to 15 fps. I can only run it at 4X AGP (I have AGP 2.0 1X/2X/4X), and it works fine. It's compatible with both AGP 2.0 and 3.0 (4X/8X). I have an AMD Athlon XP 2400+ (2.0 GHz) and 512 MB DDR RAM running on Windows XP. You shouldn't have any problems in FS2002, but I can't tell you how it will perform in FS2004.
