Autogenius Problem

Hi, I downloaded the excellent Autogenius program yesterday and the result is incredible. It makes flying incredibly realistic. However, it has come with a price for me. When I now go to CYVR ,where I have Nigel Grant's excellent scenery, it doesn't show Grant's scenery but shows the default scenery. I have chekced all my other adon scenery and they all work prefectly. Why won't Nigel Grant's scenery show now that I have added autogenius and is there a solution to this problem?
