LAGO'S F16 SOUNDS

Can someone let me know what the soundpack on the F16 is like? Is it a poor imitation F16 sound or does it actually sound like one?

Very, very subpar for an expensive payware product.

Too quiet on the outside.

The waves are muted and missing high end punch. There is no impression of "stereo". I looked at the wave set and they are all 11025 Hz which is inexcusably low fidelity for a payware package. That explains the missing high end sparkle and noise in the waves.

As for the config file, it isn't that great. No spool up for the engine. It just blares in. I doubt that is realistic. No flap clicks or gear clicks. Typical "too loud" flap travel noise and gear dropping.

A 4 out of 10 for me. Lots of much better freeware sets out there. Aaron Swindle makes some nice jet fighter sets.
