Hello fellow flight simmers,
I was wondering if anyone can recommend some good downloadable AFB's? I would try searching for some, but the only one I know of is edwards. But there is no custom scenery for edwards, go figure! I downloaded a really cool area 51 one, but I cant figure out how to install it. And when I go to select airport, I try Groom Lake, and Area 51, neither show up.
So Can anyone recommend some AFB's Scenery that are custom?
Payware or Freeware, its all good =)

You can look for Lakenheath which is very detailed.

Also, Bangor Int is a KC-135 base in Maine that has some nice static AC. A friend of mine is a ANG pilot up there and said it was right on.

I haven't seen many detailed bases yet. Groomlake you need to add into your addon screnery folder. Then go into library, add and select that folder. Make sure you downloaded the scenery in the readme or you'll have a bunch of white boxes

Were also trying to get Lago to do some military bases :-)

try www.uk2000scenery.com as they have some excellent renditions of RAF bases in the Uk including and excellent RAF Fairford amongst others, just look for "RAF bases south"
There are also some excellent French and Belgian bases around out there aswell.

Good Luck
