I am using the FS Design Splash Screen Creator but it appears you can only have Microsoft Flight Simulator on the screeny but on some files here on flightsim I have noticed some of the splash screens have Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 Professional on them. Does anyone know what creator they are using?

Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, MS Paint, or any other graphics program will work just fine.
Name the file dlgsplash.bmp and put it in your fs2002\uires folder and away you go.
Only real limitations are that it should be 800x600, BMP format, and not 24 bit (16 or 32 bit work best).
