I dont have any Simflyers but they look good. Any opinions?

They sure look good, but you'd better have a high-end system. They are kind of framerate-hungy.

Yes,

I agree, they look fantastic, and I have them for a few airports, but I uninstalled it due to how massivly it slowed my system....but it sure is pretty.

Johan and Brian are correct,

I have almost all of the Sim Flyers sceneries, and they are really nice. Trucks zipping around, oil stains on the parking spots, deicing trucks that actually spray your plane down, and all that.

In order to give you all this, your computer does have to work pretty hard. If you have a good system, however, you will not be disappointed. If your system is middle-of-the-road, or worse, then you might want to stay with the freeware stuff.
