You can still download the files you need from ProjectAI ftp site under the files folder, airlines subfolder, visit http://www.pai.simairport.com/ .
However, if you already used the new installer, you may have some problems using the old base installer which deposits some files in your fs2002\scenedb\ATC\Scenery folder plus stores copies of aircraft.txt, airport.txt, and flightplan.txt.
The new installer stores these files in
drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\Project AI\PAI_Install\TTools.
I recommend you make a copy of your most recent traffic.bgl before you use the base installer or any method to insert the files to the fs2002\scenedb\ATC\Scenery folder. The old base installer should decompile the traffic.bgl but it may toss out any updates you made with the new installer.
There are several ways to proceed:
1. Start the Project AI installation over by deleting the traffic.bgl and any renamed copies from your fs2002\scenedb\ATC\Scenery folder with the default traffic.bgl from your fs2002 CDs. Install the old Project AI base installer and the old airline installers NOT updated to the new installer style. Once you have the old installers added then install the new installer (latest addition) to your system if not already installed. Add the new style airlines installers you want.
2. Caution! This way may be dangerous to your AI!:-lol Never mind, I not going to recommend this way because it can get very convoluted! DANGER, DANGER, Will Robinson!!:-eek
3. Project AI has indicated they intend to update more of the existing airline files after the first of the New Year. You might want to wait. If you can't wait, I recommend number 1 above. I also recommend visiting http://www.projectai.com/ help forums for their opinion on how to proceed.

Hi Matt. Sorry. I sent it this morning. Took a long time as,
like I said, I do not have cable. At my end it said it sent it
100% but came back saying recipient did not have the capacity
(or some other words meaning the same) to accept it. Like one of
the other answers mentioned, it's still available on projectai.
Sorry, but I tried.

Hi Matt. The 1.19 is the one I was trying to send to you. Guess
it's the oldest one I had. It messed up my email and just got it
back to normal a few mins ago with bell south. One of these days
I'm gonna let go of a few bucks more a month a go for broadband.

Please reread my "long" post again for downloading the old installer from Project AI's FTP site - http://www.pai.simairport.com/ . The file is located under the files/airlines/ subfolder and is called Setup_Base.zip. All the older airline installers are also on this page in case you want to download those.
