LAST EDITED ON Nov-29-02 AT 01:59AM (EST)[p]I have started over since my first preview. Items changed:
1. You will now be a captain NOT a first officer.
2. Changed the panel color to a grayish color (realistic) instead of the default purple found in the Microsoft default panels.

So far I am going to have to use many default gauges. I am not a programmer (wish I was). Stay tuned for more.....

Hi Jason,

Looking very promising, I was going to make a panel for the lear 35 a while ago, but never got round to it, I also started doing a goose panel but never finished that either.

But in doing the goose panel I learn't to do gauges in XML, so if you want someone to do a few custom gauges i am sure I can help.

Let me know if you want danowat32@hotmail.com

Cheers

Dan.

Looks Awesome. Long time coming. You'll have even a bigger winner if you move that view a little to the left, to more center the "pilots eye".

Looking forward to this panel

Sorry, I am editing this panel from Airliners.net and cannot move it over. I wish I could.

LAST EDITED ON Nov-29-02 AT 12:06PM (EST)[p]I'm sure you could use our Lear 35 AOA gauge if Matt and I can ever find it again. Or recompile it.

By the way, think you could give me your opinion on the one I've been working on (on and off)?

I suppose it looks like puke compared to yours! Good work!

FLIGHTFX POLICY
1.) We design for reality, not for idealism.
Thus, you will not see virtual cabins on our aircraft. You can not see inside the real thing anyway, unless you are looking into the sun. You will find virtual cockpits but they will not be visible from outside for the same reason.
2.) We design for people with real computers. Thusly, we will not waste polygons on superfluous parts. We will use a texture when there is no noticeable difference between it and a group of performance wasting parts. We will model our aircraft efficiently. If you do not like it, too bad.
3.) We will give you the latest features, but we WILL NOT sacrifice visual accuracy to implement them. Accuracy comes before eye candy.[/font size]

Jason,

Do not use default guages! Hold out for some custom ones. Take Dan up on his offer! And if at all possible, give it a "captain's eye" view, even if it means gettting help. Sorry, I'm emphatic because I really want a realistic panel for FFG's Learjet 35. :) The more realistic you make it, the more popular it will be!
