London Ontario Airport Scenery add-on Trees missing?

I downloaded and installed Gavin Barnicoats "London Ontario International Airport.

In the install instructions it metions Garrish trees (which I have) and some files called trees2k2 that need to go in to textures. There are no "trees2k2" files in the download and I assume as a result that's why I get big white squares where trees should be.

His listed email address "garlaine@sympatico" is not in the correct format for sympatico and my email will not accept or send my question above to him.

Anyone have the answer? or how to get a message to Gavin?

... a fix for misg. tree textures has been posted by author @ fltsim.com - search "London, Canada" in FS2K library.

This may be old news, but I came across your post and the a/n fix only 2-day.

At Avsim, also search for missing concrete texture as well as the trees2k2.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this was some time ago and I've since changed servers.
