Riva tuner patch unsuccessful

Folks,

I was trying to put rivatuner to good use but encoutnered probs when patchin'.This is what I did:

Copied drivers (12.41) to a temp directory.
Patched them using the LOD patch and stuff.
Uninstalled old drivers
Run det destroyer.
reinstalled the new patched drivers

rebooted when needed.

When I go into rivatuner and try to play around with asin*.* filtering the box is grayed out

Am I missing something ?

P.S: My spec P4, 1.3ghz, 128 ram, TNT2 riva 64 pro

Yep, I was worried too at first, finding 'filtering mode' greyed out, but not to worry on mine there was another available box at: textures tab - degree of anisotrophy.
