NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 vs GeForce GT 520? Or perhaps another Which is best?

I am looking for a good video card upgrade for my system. Hope to squeek a few extra FPS out of FSX, though I know the processor is the main thing. I can afford a max of $100 and have sort of narrowed it to these two which seem to be likely candidates. I am NOT too versed in hardware and I know that some here are. I would like some opinions on either of these or another as yet uncontemplated in that price range. Any suggestions anyone? (note hardware specs on the bottom)

i have the 630 two days . it is running well but not with very high resolution
i fly the 737 ng
on ground.

3gb memory 800 mhz
cpu core 2 6600
