Try a file called clock.zip. It keeps my default startup flight in current time, then creating a flight should be in the correct time zone anywhere you go.

Change fs2002.cfg under
[SIM]
SYSCLOCK=1
Then the time will be your system time.

It's right there on your FS2K2 menu under Settings.
Just select 'Use system time'

Done that, the prob is that the default airport in the startup screen is in a timezone that differs 7 hours from mine, and when I change to my airport the time changes as well

If you set your default (starting) airport to one in your own timezome, the time should be correct!

When you have created your flight click on 'Save Flight...', this then gives you the option to 'Make this the default Flight'. The 'Save Flight...' can also be accessed in FS2002 by pressing the ';' key or choosing it from the drop down list in 'Flights'.
