Hi! This is my first time posting in this community, so i hope to get good help! : )

Okay first of all , I have recently ordered a custom gaming computer..

I5 2500k quad core processor @ 4ghz

Evga gtx 560 ti 448 cores

620 watt Psu ( best one on the market)

Kingston 8gb ddr3 ram 1600 ( 4x2) = got 2 , so 16gb in total..

Antec 302 case

Noctua nh d 14

1tb western digitial hdd

My questions is , will i be able to max out scenery, and get good fps ? 30 fps locked with fps limiter? Maybe 35? Traffic will only be 10 percent aircrafts..

Please help me , as this is my first dream build, and im spending alot of cash on this build!! :)

Regards ,
Sumer

That will be a good, solid, build for FSX. Your homework shows.

4.0GHz is barely tapping the potential of the 2500K though. Especially with that Noctua. FSX is CPU speed hungry.
Depending on your motherboard, and luck of the bin, near 5GHz is quite possible. Talk to your builder, or, learn to do your own OC.

At ~4GHz, you should see good frame rates and smooth flight pretty much everywhere, except the most intense areas like JFK.
Scenery max should be OK, except, Autogen. Like Traffic, Weather is a killer too.
Don't bother checking FPS. Adjust for smooth. Even low 20s looks smooth.
When FSX is tuned for smooth, stutter free flight, don't be surprised if the FPS is lower than expected when pushed...Don

Like Don basically said; the two main killers are large airports and weather. Don't beat yourself up if you get a lower-than-average performance there. As it is I think you'll be pretty happy with FSX's overall performance.

Search for CFG tweaks that you can make to take advantage of 64-bit multi-core systems.
