I want to do a real visual commercial flight, and the only controls I have is my mouse as a yoke and the keyboard.
I want to know how to level the airplane and tips on how to fly with much realism.
thanks.

You will get very little realism using a keyboard and mouse. Even an inexpensive joystick will be better.
Trim are the 7 and 3 keys on the number pad.
Elevators are the 8 and 2 keys on the pad.
Throttle are the 9 and 3 keys on the pad.

I agree,
I have a joystick and it makes flying much easier. If you want to know more about the airspace system and VFR flying in general check out this site.

I know it is for ATC but it can help with flying too! I also recommend you fly with some type of ATC add-on. The FSX default ATC is pretty bad. Most ATC add-ons cost money, and if you don't want to spend money, you can fly either on Vatsim or IVAO. I believe they are both free.
Hope this helps!

what about the mouse
It's no good, it only gives you elevator and aileron control, it won't turn the rudder.
Buy a joystick..:)

If you want to learn to fly visual (I suppose you mean by hand rather than by autopilot) then you need to study.
Go to the learning center (or find a course online), study it and then put the theory to practice.
If you are serious about learning to sim-fly then you should get a joystick.
Preferably also rudderpedals and a throttle quadrant.
You can use the keyboerd or the mouse but they are nowhere as good or realistic as a joystick.

I flew for hundred of thousands of hours on various versions of MSFS using JUST the keyboard... but when I recently upgraded my PC to run FSX it was time to take the plunge and add a joystick a throttle.
There is, simply put, no comparison. From your OP you clearly crave realism, get yourself a joystick as a matter of priority!
I chose the Thrustmaster HOTAS (which I'm very happy with) but you could pick up something reasonable and cheap just to try it out. Make a note of the additional keyboard controls that Jim mentioned - the trim is especially important.
My tips for flying your visual route would probably be quite predictable; make sure you're really familiar with the route, particularly the destination and don't be frightened of using some navaids for checking your position.

If you're REALLY a mouse-a-holic and can't be bothered to get a joystick, start up FSX and select a small plane like the Cessna 172 because they're easier to fly than big ones.
With it sitting on the runway, go to Spot View (fixed) because it's easier to fly from outside the plane.
Now slide your mouse forwards and backwards and you should see the elevators moving. Then slide it left/right and you should see the ailerons moving. That'll mean your mouse is in control alright.
If nothing's moving, click your right mouse button anywhere on the screen, then select 'Mouse as yoke' at the bottom of the small list that comes up to activate your mouse and try again.
Now open full throttle, and when the plane has got up a lot of speed, slide your mouse backwards and the elevator will go up and so should the plane. If you're climbing too steep, push the mouse forward a little bit so you're climbing gently, and slide it left or right to keep the wings level.
(To help yourself remember which way to push-pull to climb or dive, think of it this way:- PUSHING pushes the nose down, and PULLING pulls it up)
Planes fly themselves fine most of the time, so the trick is not to slide the mouse too much or the plane will go out of control, just slide it gently. Don't bother with trim, the mouse is all you need.
Try everything i've said then come back here and tell us how you got on..:)

Better yet it seems you are looking for an arcade gaming experience. Just down load Microsoft Flight. You'll get plenty of that there.
