Will the NEW form get faster???

I just got on and I feel like the new form is very Slow when I click on next page. Is this norm????:confused:

Don't worry too much about this. Part of the switchover involves a tuning process with all the various servers that we are now working on. It's not really possible to see how they perform until a load is put on them, as we are doing now.

whoa that's a close one. I was about to panic that this site just got slower. So you guys are just "breaking in" the new servers at high traffic volumes?

This site used to be fast. Now everything is all mixed up, takes for ever (and yet we're on broad band). Sorry but I think flight sim has got it wrong. Test the new system first before you give it to the world! I have win7 (64) and what I see on my screen is s**t. It's all blending into it's self. Beter Be Back Soon!

Please READ what I say before complaining. I already responded to this in #2 above, but will respond again.

We've been testing this for several weeks. You, and every other member, were invited to be part of the open beta testing. However, some things cannot be tested until there is a full load on the system, as we have now. The slowness is only temporary while we do some tweaking. Just be a little patient please.

I was going to post that I thought things seemed slow. But reading this thread, I'm reminded that ANY software usually needs real-time testing, patches, and upgrades before things can approach any level of perfection.
I like the new look and have no doubt that any hiccups will be ironed out shortly.
