Saitek X52 Problems

I have got the X52 throttle stick and joystick. I have got the joystick to work ok but can't control the throttle stick. Has anyone written a decent profile for the X52 ? How can I get the throttle to work? I've been in the profile editor and recognizes the Z axis.

I use an X52 using only Flight's own programming (no profile).
My problem is toe brakes don't work, either with Flight programming, or a profile. — Bob
