Is there a reason for writing this "huge" sentence?

.....ya

........though I got to say that Flight is a pretty decent game. Waters, frame rates, scenic, fun. It has it's advantages. It's no world flight simulator in the strongest sense, but it is a fine accomplishment for what it is: a game.

Lord! With all of the hoops most of us have had to jump through with FSX, Getting a WLive ID and Gamertag isn't much of a stretch.

It took me 9 full installs, and most of a month's worth of trial and error to get it to run consistently. Why? I wanted to give it a fair assessment for myself.
FSX is still my primary sim, but, I was really surprised, when I found an hour had passed while chasing "points of interest"! Immersive? No. Fun? Yes!...Don

Kinda like you have a "handle" on this site? I'm sure if you can figure that out then you're probably mature enough to get a "gamertag".

Yeah... I was kinda hesitant when MS said they had to come to my house to inject that chip into my frontal lobe... but it really didn't hurt as much as I expected...

richip and benny1,

Hate to say this but both of you are right. Firstly it is more difficult to get a gametag than you would think, and they do plug a chip into your brain. Most people ignore the EULA, and I'm sure that I could be harshly criticized for going against the grain by saying, read the EULA before signing it. And preferably watch reruns of the tv show "Paper Chase" or the movie itself, starring John Housman. The whole Paper Chase franchise was about CONTRACT LAW!! One should at least read the contract before you sign it, not taking MS' word that it is AOK to sign.

The XBox EULA which you have to sign before getting the gametag and free Stearman, says that you agree not to sue MS or XBox with a judge, jury, and attorneys and that you agree not to join a class action suit against either. That all disputes will be settled through arbitration. XBox and also Grand Theft Auto (Rockstar and MS) both have the "reverse piracy" clause also, where any addon you create, or any gameplay or scenario you create can become the property of Xbox/Rockstar GTA without any notice or compensation or royalties to you. What would John Housman rip, have said if he were still among us? "You have a head full of mush!!"

People keep calling for the closure of this thread, the mods must be waiting for me to add the straw to the camel's back! :D I think it is important that one should read any contract before signing. They have massively huge legal departments, many ordinary users don't even have one single attorney, and get harshly criticized for stopping to even read the EULA. It's very one sided. Let's remember we have the money, we are the customers.
