In the pilot profile there is a "Times flown around the world" stat.
Hmmm wonder how much it costs to get all of that scenery?

Being as the Flight "World" is comprised of one island, that shouldn't take too long. ;) — Bob (careful you don't fall off the edge)

I've flown 400 times around the world with half a dozen unfinished RTW flights in Fly!2K, FS98, FS2000, FS8, FS9, I should get credit for those. "Have I paid my dues? Yessir! The check is in the mail!" --Kurt Russell from movie "Big Trouble in Little China"
Perhaps they will release the Virgin Global Flyer, so you can take off and land at PHTO with a nonstop RTWF.

I think you'll find it's total miles flown ...nothing to do with global travel ....so far after 2 days of playing the game I have acrued 2400 miles ...only another 19,200nm to go ...woohoo
(The circumference of the earth at the equator is 21,600 nautical miles, 40,000 km)

Why? I'd like to meet Jack Sparrow!
Back on topic... I wonder if that was put into the game specifically for future add-ons?

Probably more like if you get 40,000 nm, it'll read once around the world.

Actually 40,000 km, 24,900 miles or 21,600 nm. Sorry to nitpick, I like my facts to be factual. Call me obsessive if you will. :) — Bob

Then, 40,000 km, 24,900 miles or 21,600 nautical miles flown in an area(s) means "40,000 km, 24,900 miles or 21,600 nautical miles flown in an area(s)", not "Times flown around the world".
