Addons not working?

hello,
i have recently purchased Flight Sim X and have just downloaded some of your plane files (making sure they were for FSX) and when I got onto change aircraft, none of the planes I downloaded are coming up...how do I make them come up so I can pilot them...i have also made sure they are files on my computer, so please help!!! :confused:

If they are properly installed, per the included readme/instructions, they should work. Double check. Triple check.
Provide the *.zip name(s) and someone can download it/them and be sure they work, or help with cryptic installation instructions...Don
