Hi,
I know that the main door opens, but are there any more doors? The airplane has cargo doors all over, and wing lockers too. Also, is there any way to make the top and bootom section of the main door open seperately, as in the real airplane? Can you edit a file or something to add this? Anyway, just curious.
Thanks,

As far as I know there is no way to open any other doors other than the main door. I have tried before, and I have read that there are no other functioning doors.

More doors = lower framerates = more complaints = fewer doors = more complaints : developers can never win sometimes ...
If you really want doors, the new FSD Porter has five of them : four hinged, and one sliding ... but it's not as sleek an aircraft as the -421 and it does not have the curvaceous co-pilot ...

The curvaceous co-pilot, one of the best features of that plane. Can't wait for the Porter, I got the card waiting for that and the DF Cessna 177.

I am very curious as to whether for some reason you didn't reply to my mail, or did FSD never get it?
Thanks,

LAST EDITED ON Jul-22-02 AT 07:07AM (EDT)[p]It's hard to reply to a message you never saw ...
I should mention that some sicko has subscribed us all to a lot of porno mailing lists and is causing us all a lot of email grief . Most offenders are using anonymous Hotmail addresses : our spam killers are killing most messages from hotmail, netscape, yahoo etc ... so if you want to send messages suggest you use a real ISP ...

Steve,
I started receiving that crap as well. Looks like someone is using some kind of address scanner, and grabbing multiple addresses. The ones I get are kind of grouped together, (many addresses spammed at a time all ending with the same xxx.com) I've had great results with forwarding those messages to the domain host by using the address abuse@hotmail.com, or abuse@yahoo.com, or whoever. Many times, though, they are using forged e-mail accounts, therefore, the offender is not caught up with.
It is a very annoying situation.

I also use a "spam killer", which others may find useful here: http://www.cloudmark.com/

Agreed ;-(
I know exactly who it was : someone whose name is relatively well known in FS. I hope he gets some help soon ... he was a friend once.
Best,
