I've looked everywhere and can't find an Avionics master switch on the B737...besides, the HSI looks like it's active. Any failures turned on? I've had AP fail on me but the LED displays were still active. AP and EFIS fail - odd combination (different systems). I suggest reboot. Looks like something in the software didn't initialize properly.

Just use the default keys, shift-m is it.
