Help with Overland 747

Hi,i Have the overland 747-400, the model is perfect but the VC is not working. is kinda clickable, and the LCD displays are black, and the whole vc is filled with a kind of brown color.
I thought about showing a picture of the VC but i don't know how to do it.

Please Anyway to make the VC work?
