I departed Haneda and when climbing out i spotted a Nippon 747 on approach, all of a sudden it dropped like a stone and hit the water. Why would this happen??

ai aircraft are known to do some very weird things in the 1st 15 minutes of flight, mostly landing short or falling out of the sky

Not so fast there fella! I've been roaming these forums for many years now, and I can't recall ever seeing a post about falling AI aircraft. Come to think about it, I've been using Microsoft flight sims for many years and have never experienced falling AI aircraft. So you see my impatient friend, that not everyone has the memory or mental acuity you evidently have, to have noticed that AI aircraft have fallen from the sky about 157 times in the forum.

I conclude by passing along to you this thought: This is the FS9 forum. Please be thankful that anyone is still home to post any sort of topic. Also, please be thankful that there are still those out there who are discovering (on their own) new things about this seasoned version of flight simulator. It's Alive! (think "Young Frankenstein").

You may now return to your regularly scheduled program.........

Sorry, qwillmot, "It's Alive" comes from the original "Frankenstein" (1930-something), starring Colin Clive as Dr. F. and Boris Karloff as The Monster.

I'm sure Gene Wilder also said it in "Young Frankenstein," probably one of the funniest movies ever made.

You fellars are gettin' old or somethin'... Here's one relatively recent thread that supports what Bernie and Stuart said: http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?235479-WOAI-aircraft-landing-a-few-hundred-meters-before-runway

The last screenshot is not really about the problem with falling airplanes though. It's really about AI bunching up at the start if one doesn't use AI Separation and/or AISmooth (yes, they can be used together if properly configured; I posted about that earlier this year). Anyhow, the rest of the thread is right on target.
