A set if shots from some recent FS9 flights. This is a HUGE improvement over my FSX install for a few reasons. The details I can have in FS9 would slide show my FSX. The level of immersion has increased ten fold, and I am happy with it.

The shot with the 337 shows an improved mesh I installed after the first set was taken, what an improvement that made.

True, true. Most of us don't have expensive systems or can't afford to build one. Microsoft knew it was the last version of flight sim that would live on (FSX) so they crammed every piece of detail they could into it.
FSX has sold well but the user experience hasn't been all that great. People have not switched fully out of FS9, most people have the two sims installed FS9 and FSX. Even the most powerful systems worth thousands
of dollars out there, still come to a crawl when all the sliders are maxed in FSX.

I hear Microsoft is working on a new sim tho? Microsoft Flight? but I believe its arcade based, not simulation. According to them, the simulation enthusiast community is roughly under 1 million ... that's pretty bad.
So I guess they want to aim for a higher audience to get more $$$

Very nice shots.

I am a little concerned about your future in screenshots if you don't get those engines restarted on the Skymaster, however. :eek: :)

Keep 'em coming; very enjoyable.

I know Thomas,with the price of gas i don't blame you one bit for shutting off the engines of the 337.:rolleyes: Nice set of FS9 shots.:cool::)

SuperEagle116 - It's a Piper Twin Commanche.. It's a payware airplane, just do a google search. If you're looking for a C310, there is a really nice payware one out there too... an older model 310...google search "Seven Charlie Mike"... if that model is too old for you, try searching the 310 made by MilViz...it looks pretty sharp!
