Having been totally delighted with the Dreamfleet Dakota FSX, I've tried to reinstall after a PC problem but the site tells me I need to reactivate the purchase. Having input all the details, I was told three days ago that an email is on it's way - still no email and still no Dakota back on the flight line. Carenada's stuff reloaded in a trice - no problem.

Have Dreamfllet gone out of business? The fact that there is no technical support or any contact details of any sort for the company always suggested something less than substantial about their business.

Anyone any idea how I can get the software back up running again?

I suggest you scroll down the forum main page and post your concerns in one of the Dreamfleet fora.

The DF planes use the Flight1 wrapper service so you go to the Flight1 site support area to get a new key. If you know your purchase details you should get the key within 1 minute or so because it's an automated system. If you aren't sure of your details you can request them (same place, also automated) using the email you used for the purchase and get them instantly via email. If you aren't getting the emails check your spam box and if they aren't there then submit a ticket with your details to Flight1 support.

Dreamfleet has been out of business for some time except for Paul Golding's continued development and support of the wonderful 727. Mr. Betti dropped the business without the courtesy of any announcement and has left the FS world. Except for the 727, all support is by users on this forum or users over at the Flight1 forum.
