There's possibility within FSX to change the assignment keys as FS9?

The same key assignment dialogue that you used in FS9 is also in FSX -

Look under Settings - Controls - Buttons/Keys

Also ways of adding on programable keyboard to take away hastles of pressing two or more buttons eg CTRL+J with using one button that is programmed into keyboard
