You are asking if there is a program that will give you the sound of the engines as they would be heard if you were inside the tower ('or along the runway')? Did you have this 'program' in the past, or are you asking if there is such a program?

The other possibility for your question is how to be able to record this sound when making Fraps videos, for example. Well, I have a trick I use which allows me to hear the engines (fairly loud) no matter what view I am in. The trick is to press the '[' key to open a window. Then use 'S' key to set view of that window to what ever view gives you the loudes engine sound (usually 'locked spot view'). Then you reduce the size of this window by dragging the sides and then putting it on the top right corner. The size will be about 1/4 inch square. Then as long as you CLICK mouse on this window you will get the engine sounds even from tower view. When you click on main window, or panel, the 'focus' is changed and when you go to tower view you need to CLICK on the 'mini' window to get engine sounds again.

well, exactly what i want to do is replace that sound ( default from FSX ) with some real sounds from footage ( only sounds captured from far, like tower or along the runway ) and for that i need to know what is the name of that sound file so i dont replace the wrong one.

Oh, so you have your own recorded engine sounds. Well to use in FltSim they need to be in '*.wav' format. What format are they in now? If you have the sound on a recording device you then need to put them on your coumputer so you can convert them to *.wav in order to be able to use them.

There is no 'engine sound' file. The engine sound files are several, as they represent the different sound according to engine RPM. Then there is a set for internal (cockpit) and a set for external (spot view) sound. That makes 1+1 X 4 (idle, low, medium and high rpm). That's 8 different *.wav files. So it's not just one single file.
