You need to stop flying so close to flagpoles. Somebody's going to get hurt! — Bob

I am progressing, but there's going to be a pause - I have to do something about moving house as well...

Yeah... the hangar is getting rather full :D But seriously - I am on the brink of being medically retired due to my accident last year so I am going to live with family until, if and when I can work again.

.... So where were you flying, cousin? Grand Canyon, perchance? http://clicksmilies.com/s1106/grinser/grinning-smiley-001.gif Heh heh heh...

.....Am continuing to send you well thoughts & wishes in your upcoming transition, my friend. The process will continue...

..... Should have figured that, eh? http://clicksmilies.com/s1106/lachen/laughing-smiley-016.gif From the cool reflection of your inverted shot it looked as if it could be Grand Canyon...

..... So then, question: having all 3 major FTX North American scenic areas installed as well as Tongass, will Misty Moorings meld well with these installs of mine, please? Hoping so, as I'll grab a copy as soon as I can. Thanks. guy.

Ohhhh... that...

Simple - apart from paints I also make different "global envmaps". These are the textures FSX uses to define what's reflected off shiny surfaces. The one you see there though is one that was made by someone else - it's the envmap for the Pitts Special from Icarus Gold a few years back.

The reason I am sticking with this one is because it gives a better reflection than some others - especially on the chrome bits. I think it's time to do another...

Does Misty Moorings affect FTX?

Categorically: NO.

In fact we recommend that the FTX Pacific NW is a "must have" for Misty. There are plenty of readmes on the Misty site about interaction with FTX and basically - all RTMM scenery addons (should) work over FTX with no errors. No guarantees though, because some people have slightly different installs.
