Why my planes are chromized?

I have a problem: since I've "modded" my FSX the planes are chromized, however they look blurry or not!

I'm using: FSX SP1 (updated) with SDK SP1a, some "mods" (PicNic hd-grass, and some "modded" textures for runways, aprons etc.)

My question is: How I can switch off/reduce it?

Yr OS ? If Vista or W7, do you have DX10 enabled ? If so, disable it...

I have windows XP SP3. with DX9c (update-checked)
