Think this is the last of my big prop planes in my hanger (for now). Taking off from Vandenberg in the morning. I was born here in 1967.

Flying over KSMX, Santa Maria Public. This is where I was raised.

Heading over the Los Padres National Forest east of Santa Maria. Did a lot of camping up here when I was growing up. Climbing to 17,000 feet on this flight.

She's a fun plane to fly all right. Feels a bit like piloting a cruise ship, but makes for some stunning pix! — Bob

Nice flight and screen shots, that Globemaster looks like a lot to handle.
