Beech Baron 58 Garmin 530 install help

I downloaded the installer for the Beech Baron 58, everything works fine until it goes to install the Garmin 500 trainer, it tells me it failed to extract the files b/c they are in use by another program.

I have the Dreamfleet Piper Archer III and it installed fine, it uses the Garmin 400. Is this the conflicting file?

Please help. The plane works except for the GPS.

When I select the plane and attempt to start FS gives me this error:

"reality xp garmin gns 530 ver. 5.2.0.0

can't find the garmin trainer 530 program. check registry or reinstall."

I've tried to re-install 3 times. I've also searched on my PC for "garmin" and the only file it finds is the Garmin 400 for the Piper.

please help.
