Reinstalling UTX USA

I don't know why this is so but I can't seem to reinstall UTXUSA without first doing a 41/2 hour download after it fails to login to my account (incorrect password)The whole setup really sucks.I can't believe you charge money for this.Typical Windows shit charge you to be aggravated.When asked for support you say go to UTX support and UTX says come here.Great guys just great.If you would like to see how it should be done.Check reinstalling something from A2A.I mean really, I paid for this, I should be able to reinstall it,considering how impossible it is to get all this stuff to work together,when all you can do is reinstall .Overall Flight Sim has been a nightmare,an expensive nightmare.

You do realize that FlightSim.com has nothing to do with UTX, correct? Even though you may have purchased at the FS Pilot Shop, product support is up to Scenery Solutions:
