Manual install "PAI"-question

I want to manual install the "PAI".When installing the Virgin Express flightplans I found in the VEX-folder an airport.txt file.It contains some airports so as SBSR that I don't find back in the original airport.txt after normal decompiling with TTools,neither in the Vex-flightplans.Am I supposed to add them to the or. airport.txt and what do they do there?(What do they have to do with the Vex-plans?)
