Why are there articles being put up on FlightSim.com about Virtavia releasing new add-ons> It's going to trick people. Alphasim just changed their name. They are all still the same add-ons, just with a different company name.

There won't be any announcements unless someone representing Virtavia sends it in.

I usually do not comment, but this is a little bit too much...

This http://www.flightsim.com/main/notams10/long0916.htm about Virtavia says:

"FS2004 and FSX pilots can fly it too thanks to the new release from Virtavia"

is not correct as this is the old Alphasim Rutan 61 Long (which I have and enjoy since a long time).

Nothing wrong in Virtavia showing what they have, a lot wrong stating that a several years old aircraft is a brand new release.

It's great to see Virtavia plowing all there resources into releasing 'New' aircraft but when will they fulfill there obligation to the C17 customers, who over 12 months ago bought this aircraft with the promise that the virtual cockpit would be released in the near future.
This has still not happened and I think it is a disgrace that anyone trusts this company to stick to there word..
I would not recommend anyone buy an incomplete aircraft from this bunch, EVER.....
Like I said before, lots of time creating and releasing new aircraft but no time to release the C17 virtual cockpit that customers have already paid for a long time ago..

Over 12 months ago? I believe it's been like two years. I'll have to go see.

I emailed Virtavia and they said that they have sent out free update codes to all people who have purchased the Alphasim C17..
Good news...
