Heathrow Terminal 5

Hi,
am just trying to create my own terminal five at Heathrow airport. I managed to finish all the parking and taxiways. However, I cannot find out how to add in jetways or the terminal buildings (pictured below). Any help please?

PS. I would like to use the same technique as the FSX default terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4.

For the terminals:
Right-click -> Add -> "Generic building" or "Library object"

There is a forum for Airport Design Editor at FsDeveloper, you know.
