I have reinstalled FS2004 and Wilco 737. And now there is a problem that never was before. When I engage autopilot after take off the airplane abruptly gets its nose down and then flies down. Could anybody help to solve this problem?

i don't have that aircraft but it sounds as if the AP is attempting reach whatever altitude you have set - and apparently it is lower than where you are.
On my default AP I can turn the altitude setting on or off and of course dial in the altitude I wish to achieve.
Do you have the same sort of options on the Wilco AP?

Usualy before departure ATC tells to climb 12 000 ft. I set 12 000 ft on MCP before take off and engage AP after take off at 1500 ft. then my airplane flies down.

Do you fly program with the MCDU?
In that's the case, you may have to fly manually until it stabilizes to 240 KIAS and flaps clean and then press on the A/P, LNAV and VNAV. Also you might want to double check the SID waypoints and speed. Some SIDs are very precise in step climbing and directions i.e closer gap from one point to another. Perhaps you already missed first few points from the assigned SID and when you switch on to autopilot, the plane tries to adjust to the first waypoint which is already below your current altitude. Hope I explained myself well. I am bad at technical writing...:-)

Yes, I always fly program with the MCDU. I use VNAV mode only during cruise level. When I descent or climb i use LVL CHG mode. I think maybe should change something in the model options, for instance any letter in any file?

I fly the Wilco quite a lot as do a few of the guys who fly with us. Yes it can be a little tricky but it DOES do what you tell it. There are some dll updates for it btw. Don't know if you just deleting the discontinuities then trying to get the aircraft to fly it, the discons are there for a reason. Might be able to help you but not knowing where you are from our times might not match. I can be found on UK time evenings or sometimes day on teamspeak 3, vbnav.hopto.org port 9987. Would be glad to help if I can, it is a great plane to fly. Take care
