multiple views

i havent had aflight sim for the last 3 years while we built our new house . However, now we have finished and i have got a big room for all my stuff. i wanted to build a generic jet fighter flight sim . I wanted to use 5-6 projectors to give 180* vision. I think MS flight sims can do this, but can anyone tell me do any of the other jet fighter sims, where you can properly fight have this feature? I was thinking of EAW or Lomac or similar
