Hello all fs pilots, I have a kind of big problem with graphics in fsx. I have absolute all graphic settings to fullest:) but even when they are at full settings I load up at kastrup airport copenhagen just a test flight and find out that the ground scenery look all messed:eek: up even at full settings everything else in fsx looks awsome but not the ground textures. Yes I can see trees and stuff but the roads and ground look all messed up.
Do any one have any solution of what is wrong or what I can do to fix it please:o

Computer specs:

I use Windows vista home premium 32 bit.

AMD Turion(tm) X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-74 2.20 GHz

and I use ATI Radeon HD 4570 512mb graphics card.

Some pics in game of the ground scenery:

Hey Tim,

Are the textures crisp when you are sitting still or when you spawn at a gate?

Your computer isn't powerful enough to run FSX with all graphical options at fullest. Turn some graphical options down, lower the AI traffic settings, close unused background processes and make sure you have defragged your hard drive after install. Here is a guide (http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=29041) many have found useful that goes into more detail .

I know. I have the same issue. When you fly at fast speeds (over 100kts on my PC) the scenery can't load fast enough to keep up with your plane. You have about the same PC specs as mine so what I suggest is (obviously) lowering the terrain and graphis settings to give your PC more room to load scenery. If that doesn't work, you'll probably just have to deal with it.

One more thing, you can assign a control for "Refresh scenery". If you press that button (whatever you assign it), it will reload the scenery under your plane and you will have fresh, crisp textures until the loading processes fall behind your aircraft again.

Okay yes that sounds good to me I lowered the graphic settings and it runs pretty better now and the textures actually does not look as bad as they did before they actually look little bit better but I probably will buy a new PC in 2 months so now I know what to look for if I want good graphics in fsx thanks for your help anyways:D
