The woai texture for the UPS 747 is much better looking then what I have for the 747. Am I allowed to/able to use the woai texture for my 747?

Textures are "related" to specific models - the chances of a texture "fitting" a different model are slim and none.

It's going to sound stupid but I can not seem to figure out how to find a UPS 747, or any other for that matter.

http://www.flightsim.com/o/b747_400-1.gif FSX Boeing 747-400 Multi Textures Package. A collection of 23 repaints for the default B747-400 including British Airways, UPS, KLM, JAL and more. Repaint by Hugo Van Pelt.
I used UPS 747 in the extended search function. It brought up a number of possibilities.

you actually can use WOAI repaints and fly them in fsx, i did this with a sunwing 737 paint. all you have to do is add anFSX panel and sound folder into the WOAI folder. in this case "WOAI_B744" or somthing like that, just copy the boeing 747-400 panel and sound and put it into this folder. however you will not have a virtual cockpit, only the 2-D panel. plus you can also add wingviews and stuff by changing the aircraft.cfg but thats a whole other story.
i hope this helped, any questions just ask.
Enjoy!
